Aaron Schramm, PE

President

Mr. Schramm graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in May, 2010. While at UWM he served as the student chapter President for one year and Vice-President two years. He received the Wisconsin Outstanding Civil Engineering Student Award from the ASCE Wisconsin Section in 2010. He has been employed with exp US Services (Formerly Teng & Associates) since 2011, focusing on both civil design and construction engineering/management.

Josh Mitchell

Vice-President

Mr. Mitchell graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in December of 2012, and is currently working towards a Master’s of Science from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. While attending UWM, he was actively involved in the student chapter and served as the chapter’s President. He interned for Patrick Engineering for two years focused on bridge design and roadway construction and currently is a Staff Engineer with Patrick Engineering working in bridge design and construction inspection.

Brett Kash

Treasurer

Mr. Kash graduated with a B.S. in Architectural Engineering and a B.S. in Construction Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering in June 2014. During college, Brett interned with Boldt Construction in the Preconstruction group and as a Field Engineer. Brett is currently employed at Mortenson Construction as a Field Engineer.

Dave Jaromin, PE

Mr. Jaromin graduated from the University of Illinois with a B.S in Structural Engineering in 2007 and a M.S. in Geotechnical Engineering in 2008. He moved to Wisconsin and has worked as a geotechnical engineering for HNTB Corp since 2008. David’s recent ASCE involvement includes serving on the planning committees for the Spring Technical Conference and STEM Expo.

Colin Henderson, PE

Mr. Henderson graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in May 2011. While at UWM, he served as the student chapter Secretary n 2010-2011. He interned with Midwest Engineering Services, Inc. as geotechnical driller’s assistant and a construction materials testing technician in the summer of 2010. After graduating from UWM, he continued working with Intertek-PSI (formerly Midwest Engineering Services, Inc.), and is currently employed as geotechnical engineer/project manager.

Jordan Adler

Co-Outreach

Jordan graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.S. in Civil Engineering in 2015 and currently works as a transportation engineer at GRAEF. While in college he was an active member of the UW Concrete Canoe team as well as the student ASCE chapter. Jordan has remained involved in ASCE by joining the younger member group at volunteer and social events.

Patrick Flaherty

Mr. Flaherty graduated from the Milwaukee School of Engineering with a B.S. in Architectural Engineering and an M.S. in Structural Engineering. While attending MSOE, Patrick was actively involved with the student chapter of ASCE as a member of the Steel Bridge team and serving as the chapter’s President in 2012-2013 and the Outreach Coordinator in 2013-2014. Since joining the YMG board, Pat has been intricate in expanding the groups outreach events. Pat has co-chaired the STEM Expo in 2016 and 2017.

Sarah Pasquesi, PE

Secretary

Ms. Sarah Pasquesi graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering in 2010 and an M.S. in Civil Engineering in 2012 from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She served as the conference chair for the student chapter of ASCE while attending UIC and in the past year began serving on the planning committee of the STEM Expo in Milwaukee. Sarah has been employed by AECOM as a water resources engineer since 2011.

Alyssa Walker

Student Chapter Liaison

In December 2016, Alyssa received her undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in structures from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. Currently she is employed at raSmith as a Structural Engineer. In school she served as the Treasurer for the student chapter of ASCE at UWM and was actively involved in several of the Great Lakes Conference Competitions.
