Location: MSOE Kern Center, 1245 N Broadway, Milwaukee, WI 53202, USA

    Description:

The 2026 WI Regional Future City Competition will be held on Saturday January 17, 2026, and we are looking for judges for ASCE’s Exemplary Model Special Award!

This year’s theme is “Farm to Table”, challenging teams of middle school students to devise innovative and sustainable solutions to reduce food waste in their future cities. By combining engineering, technology, and policy, students will explore how to build more resilient, efficient, and equitable food systems. Students will research, design, and build a city that eliminates food waste from farm to table, keeping its citizens healthy and safe.

Please email Neal at nstyka@kapurinc.com if you are interested in volunteering. Lunch will be provided for all judges and volunteers.
