The Southeast Branch outreach program is run primarily by the Younger Member Group’s Outreach chair. The group has grown so much that the Younger Member Group often has co-chairs to keep the program running smoothly. While the program is set up by the Younger Member Group, participation by those over the age of 35 is highly encouraged.
- Work Days for Habitat for Humanity
- A food drive for Hunger Task Force
- Bell Ringing for the Salvation Army
- Boy Scout and Girl Scout activities
- Earth Day Clean-ups
- K-12 classroom visits (with age appropriate activities)
- MATHCOUNTS Competition
- Future Cities Competition
- Rube Goldberg Competition
In the past several years our Younger Member Group has won numerous awards for their work in our community and would like to thank all in the Southeast Branch that have made it possible.

2012 Outstanding Younger Member Council Public Service Project for working with Marquette University, Greater Milwaukee YMCA, and the Motorola Foundation on the IHEELS (Inspiring Hands-on Engineering Experiences with Ladies of STEM) program (awarded by the Central Region Younger Member Council of ASCE)
2011 Outstanding Younger Member Group Community Service Project for work with Habitat for Humanity in the Greater Milwaukee Area (awarded by the Central Region Younger Member Council of ASCE)
2011 Outstanding Younger Member in Community Service: Richard Bowden (awarded by the Central Region Younger Member Council of ASCE)
2010 Outstanding Younger Member Group Community Service Project for work with the boy scouts int he Greater Milwaukee Area (awarded by the Central Region Younger Member Council of ASCE)
