Our award-winning buildings group has openings for the following positions:
Structural Engineering Project Manager – Buildings – Brookfield, WI: The Structural Engineering Project Manager will serve as project manager on structural building projects, manage project budgets, and perform and lead the structural design of various building projects.
Municipal Division: raSmith’s Municipal Division serves as the engineer of record for many villages, towns, counties and utilities. On a daily basis, we offer creative solutions to communities as they work to both maintain and improve their transportation system, structures, water and wastewater systems, parks and open spaces, and public safety facilities.
Project Manager – Municipal Civil Engineering – Brookfield or Cedarburg: The Municipal Project Manager will assist with client work in their specific market. The successful candidate will identify, initiate, develop, maintain and manage a portfolio of public works projects and municipal clients.
Site Design Division: Our site design group works on projects for the development or redevelopment of properties in the public and private sectors. Projects include retail, healthcare, commercial, industrial, mixed-use, senior-living, multifamily residential and single-family subdivision site design. Their focus is on everything except for the structural aspects of the building: utility plan and design, grading and erosion control, stormwater control, parking lot layout, entry/exit to the property. They also perform pre-development due diligence, exhibit preparation, permit application, site planning.
Civil Engineering Project Manager: The Project Manager will excel in architect-led teams and deliver coordinated, high-quality civil engineering solutions on site development projects. This position will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project partners, manage project scope, schedule, budget, and overall delivery, and lead projects from initial planning through design, permitting, and construction.
Civil Engineering Project Manager – Residential: The Project Manager will lead the design of high-quality single-family neighborhoods from concept to construction. This position will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project partners, manage project scope, schedule, budget, and overall delivery, and lead projects from initial planning through design, permitting, and construction.
