Jordan Adler

President

Jordan graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.S. in Civil Engineering in 2015 and currently works as a transportation engineer at GRAEF. While in college he was an active member of the UW Concrete Canoe team as well as the student ASCE chapter. Jordan has remained involved in ASCE by joining the younger member group at volunteer and social events.

Zach Sadowski

Vice President

Mr. Sadowski graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in May, 2017. While at UW – Madison, Zach was actively involved with the student chapter and served as Program Director. He currently works as a transportation engineer at Strand Associates in Milwaukee.

Alyssa Walker

Secretary

In December 2016, Alyssa received her undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in structures from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. Currently she is employed at raSmith as a Structural Engineer. In school she served as the Treasurer for the student chapter of ASCE at UWM and was actively involved in several of the Great Lakes Conference Competitions.

Colin Henderson

Treasurer

Mr. Henderson graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in May 2011. While at UWM, he served as the student chapter Secretary – 2010-2011. He interned with Midwest Engineering Services, Inc. as geotechnical driller’s assistant and a construction materials testing technician in the summer of 2010. After graduating from UWM, he continued working with Intertek-PSI (formerly Midwest Engineering Services, Inc.), and is currently employed as geotechnical engineer/project manager.

Ela Lodzinski

Student Chapter Liaison

Ela Lodzinski graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering in May 2019. While at MSOE, Ela served as Fundraising Chair for the ASCE student chapter, was an active member of the Concrete Canoe team, and served on the planning committee for the YMG STEM Expo. She is currently employed at Baxter & Woodman as a transportation engineer.

Carly Buschman

Co-Outreach Chair

Carly graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Purdue University in 2015, and an M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Illinois – Urbana/Champaign in 2016. Since 2016, Carly has been employed by AECOM as a bridge engineer.

Cole McCraw

Co-Outreach Chair

Cole graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2017. In 2016, Cole was a co-founder of the UW-Madison Environmental Engineering Club, and served as its Vice President of Campus Events. Cole is an Assistant City Engineer for the City of Mequon.

Luke Royal

Co-Social Chair

Luke graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in May 2020. While at UWM, Luke was actively involved with the ASCE student chapter and served as Concrete Canoe Captain, Chapter President, and Senior Advisor. Luke completed internships with WisDOT and Michels Corporation before joining Foth Infrastructure & Environment as a civil engineer in Milwaukee. Luke is excited stay involved as a social chair with ASCE YMG and looks forward to the 2021 STEM Expo!

Matt Ayvazzadeh

Co-Social Chair

Matt graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in 2014 with a degree in Civil Engineering. Over the past 6 years, his storm drainage designs have been presented at regional conferences and received high praises and interest from Wisconsin government officials as well as other engineering firms. Matt has completed designs for businesses of all sizes, including Uline and the 1 million square foot Amazon facility. This past February Matt joined Advanced Drainage Systems (ADS) as a sales engineer, working with municipalities to help update their current storm sewer specifications. Away from work, Matt loves spending time with his wife Lauren (married last August) and spending time in the outdoors. Matt has traveled to 49 of our 50 states and started and manages a non-profit organization to introduce fishing to underprivileged youth.

Josh Mitchell

Past President

Mr. Mitchell graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in December of 2012, and a Master of Science from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in December 2015. While attending UWM, he was actively involved in the student chapter and served as the chapter’s President. He has experience in Bridge design, construction and inspection. He works at EMCS in Milwaukee, focusing on structural design of bridges and retaining walls.
